Weight Loss Drink!

  • Ingredients:
    1 large grapefruit (ripe)
    1 tbsp honey ( organic, raw honey is best)

    Cut the fruit in half, and remove the pulp using a spoon. You may want to keep it in the fridge before using it, as it will taste much better. Put the pulp and honey in a blender and blend until you get a nice and smooth texture. Drink 1 glass of this mixture after a meal (you can actually water down the mixture to offset the taste) โ€“ this will help you lose weight extremely fast.

  • How to drink:
    After 20 minutes eating lunch or any meal, drink this mixture. It will burn around half of the calories that you just ate. This drink has been proven to be effective!
