Weight Dropping And Strengthening Work Out

  • DO IN ORDER
    Do each exercise for 1 minute
    Take a 1 minute break in between each exercise
    -burpees
    -backwards jump rope
    -butt kicks
    -jump rope
    -bicycle crunches
    -high knees
    -lunges
    -standing and sitting on the ground without using your hands
    -bunny hops (side to side)
    -weighted crunches
    -squats
    -jump as far out as you can
    -jogging in place
