  • 2. Another way to quickly lose weight is to try a DIY plastic body wrap. Apply natural lotion to wherever you are wrapping. Then, wrap the area in plastic tightly, and wait for 8 or so hours. You could also add an ankle wrap on top. Once you take it off 8 hours later there should be a difference!
