Ways To Help Calm Anxiety

  • Listen to calming music
    First things first, you have to clear your mind from what you are worried about, and listening to music does this very well! I have a lot of experience with anxiety and music has helped me through out the years.

  • Breathe!
    Just breathe take deep breaths, in through your noise out through your mouth nice and slow:) just relax

  • Get rid of those what ifs! What ever you are worried about its not going to happen unless you say it will! Don't worry is what many people have told me but that never helped only YOU can talk to your self and only YOU can stop your anxiety.

  • Distract yourself!
    The best thing that helped me when I was having bad anxiety was to distract my self keep my hands busy and my mind on something else! Go pick all the blue flowers! Although you may not want to do it at first keep to it and you will forget about anxiety in no time!

  • Chewing gum always helps me! It keeps me moving and thinking ! I hope these help you! I've been struggling with anxiety my whole life and only these things have helped me some what over come this diagnosis!
