  • Almost everyone wants to have longer hair, but it's important to keep it healthy too. So here are some tips, easy and simple hair masks to use.

  • A easy hair mask to make to keep your hair healthy whilst stimulating your hair to grow would be 2 egg yolks and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Keep it in for 20-30 minutes. Then wash it out with shampoos and conditioner. The protein in the eggs help your hair look shiny and healthy, it will also grow.

  • If you don't want to put that in your hair, just put warm olive oil in your hair and rest your head upside down for 4 minutes this stimulates the roots. Then keep the oil in for 1-2 hours.

  • Having a good shampoo and conditioner will help your hair too. You want a shampoo without sulphates, I have the body shop rainforest shampoo and that is £8 for a big bottle. I would recommend it. But you can get others.

After washing your hair, you should put some hair oil in to keep it moisturised. I use Moroccan oil, but you can definitely get cheaper options.

Don't always put your hair up in ponytails and buns, unless you have the bobbles which are just cotton so it doesn't break your hair.

You don't want a trim every 4-6 weeks you want it every
8-12 weeks so your hair can grow.

  • Don't wash your hair everyday because it will strip all of the natural oils. Wash it every other day, but if you have curly/dry hair I would suggest washing it 1-2 times a week.

Try to avoid heat, if you really have to, use a good heat protecter.
