  • 1. Go with a trusted friend, family member, or member of your support network.
    2. Talk it over with your therapist before AND after.
    3. Do your best to not look at the sizes. Remember, you are NOT a number!

  • 4. Take a break if you need to. You dont have to do 6 straight hours of shopping, as that could be overwhelming! Spread it out over multiple days.
    5. Pick clohes you like and that make you happy :)
