Water is essential to your health. Make sure you drink lots of it! Here are some positive effects of water, tips on when to drink water and more!
Water helps with headaches! Most headaches are because of dehydration. So if your head hurts drink lots of water. Cucumber in water helps a ton too!
Drink one cup of water when you get up to start up your body for the day. Drink another cup 30 min before a meal so you aren't as hungry during the meal and won't eat as much. Drink another after to help with digestion. Then one when you work out and one before you bathe.
If you really don't like to drink plain water some of your water can be flavored with something like dasani drops. Or put fresh fruit in. I recommend lemon lime or cucumber.
How much water should you drink? Take your weight in pounds. Divide by 2. That's how many fl oz you need a day. (8 fl oz are in one cup)
