the pictures here pretty much explain how to do these exercises. the swish ball crunch can only be done with a big workout ball so you don't have to do it if you don't have one. it won't effect anything. :)
just in case anyone is confused about the 1 sets of 25 reps or anything. this means that you're going to the exercise 25 reps (or however many times it tells you to) reps means times. so 25 times but only 1 time. so if it was 2 sets of 25 reps. you would do 25 reps 2 times. I know it's confusing😂
