  • Do u want abs in just 1-2week today is ur lucky day start now at home...

  • 50 jumping Jakes
    25 sit-ups
    15 leg lefts
    30 squats
    35 jumping jakes
    20 push-ups
    And about 10 min of running

  • Also after u are done doing all the exsersize u should wait a min or two so u can cool down then drink at least a bottle of water or two if u need it. If u want a snack apples, grapes, or any fruit will be fine😍❤

  • Don't forget u will have to do this every day to get the abs u want I hope it works
