  • Dieting it's a pain isn't it? There are some diet programmes out there that say you can't eat this you can't eat that and there are some diet programmes that want you to buy their products which is expensive.

    I know as I've been there done that but after I went on these programmes I decided that I wanted to do it on my own and still eat what I wanted within reason
    I picked up a few hint and tips while dieting and would like to share them with you

    Time to turn the frowns into smiles while dieting no more rabbit food

We have all heard water is good for you and it is . believe it or not but your brain actually is telling you it's thirsty instead of hungry all the time. I took 3 litres of water a day it might look and sound so much water but it really isn't .

  • Exercise 
 It doesn't have to be running it could be your favourite sport or even walking. To get to the town I used to take the bus but I used to say walk to the next bus stop then when I got there I wanted to walk to the next and before I knew it I was in the town.

    Eating your dinner on a side plate is tricking your brain into thinking that the plate is full of food but really it's only half of what the big plate

    Try and not to eat after a certain time at night. If you eat a heavy meal at night around 8 or 9 o clock your body isn't getting enough time to digest it

  • If you do feel hungry during the day and it's not lunch time yet or tea time have a little fruit to keep your hunger at bay

  • To get yourself motivated to do a little exercise put on your favourite music and start dancing even 5 min of music gets your feet wanting to dance

  • One day a week treat yourself to something you've wanted during your diet it could either be a Takeaway or anything
