after my consultation with a professional doctor in Montreal I had changed all my eating habits and got amazing results in one month, and the beautiful about it is that I'm breast feeding and my milk got increased and I feel more energetic and good
After my pregnancy I was so wrong on how I choose my food until I started this diet, it's not how you think I starve my self to get fit, I eat 4 time every day on time is just i removed some food of my list
Firstly I changed my groceries list, here is what I eat everyday: in breakfast I eat 2 pieces of toast (genesis sprouted grains bread ) with 1 glass of silk almond milk, after 2 hours I eat a fruit, lunch time I have chicken of fish or turkey you can have beef once a week with whole bunch of veggies
you can eat dinner at 7 pm not later, if you had chicken for lunch you can have fish for dinner, and remember to drink at least 2,5 litre of water per day, and as much tea as you want, no juice no sodas no vitamin water, you can have Greek yogurt 0%
The things are not allowed when you are on diet are: all sorts of junk food, potatoes, fried food, high sugar food such as cake ice cream ... Chocolate...
Just do it for a month and you'll be happy
