It's so simple. Stretch every day. Push yourself to do it.
Also. Stretch your arms and your tummy. Do yoga. Other stuff. Keep it simple, not to hard or painful. I did this... And it was actually on the 5th day that I noticed a difference in how flexible I was. As for the "do the splits in 2 weeks" I did the stretches everyday, and after 1 week and 3 days I was already able to do the full splits.
