    FITTNESS

    100-300 crunches daily
    25 jumping jacks
    45 side crunches
    Handstand with wall for 5-10 seconds
    43 V-Ups
    50-1:00 minute planks
    20 push-ups
    Hold the V-Up position for 20 seconds

    Do this daily. I just started and it took a week for me to get results so I really recommend this workout.
    Try it and have motivation.
