  • Step 1: take a shower! Just like normal but when you shave you're going to do it twice so be prepared.
Step 2: shave once and then step away from the water and scrub your skin with a sugar scrub. This gets rid of the top layers of dead skin that are in the way of your super soft skin.
Step 3: shave again after the sugar scrub! Be sure to rinse your razor often as it will get clogged with dead skin.. Gross I know..
Step 4: get out dry off, and then moisturize with a nice lotion!! The most important step!!

    Now your finished! Enjoy!

  • Recipe for homemade sugar scrub!

1/4 - 1/3 C Of coconut oil (other oils will work too, such as almond or whatever you use I don't suggest olive oil though)

    2 C Of sugar

Now you can stop here if you want, or you can scent it with a few drops of an essential oil of your choice. I obviously used peppermint

Alright, then you heat up the coconut oil if it's what you're using so that its a liquid. Then pour it over your sugar a spoonful at a time. It's easier to add more than take it out

Stir, and add more oil until it's about the consistency of snow. Enjoy! Now your skin will be irresistible!

  • Your oils can be kind of expensive to buy if you go to specialty store. They will be a higher quality but twice the price. I picked my 1 qt jug of coconut oil up at Winco Foods for just under $15. The essential oils can usually be found at craft stores. I found mine at Hobby Lobby in the soap making supplies. These can also get expensive if you go to a specialty store. Higher quality, higher price. My 1 oz. bottle was about $7. This is super easy to make and relatively cheap if you look around to find the best prices. Hope you enjoy! One batch typically lasts two or three months depending.
