If these are too hard you can break them up into repetitions and have a 30 sec break in between.
70 Squats W/ 10 pound dumbbells in each hand.
50 walking lunges 🚶🏃
20 squat jumps .
20 calf raises ( hold for 3 sec each )
5 chair lunges ( each leg ) . You can use a chair , a bench , your couch , or a table stand .
13 leg raises (each leg).
1 min split hold . If you can't do a full split , go as far as you can .
