So first off, never try to pop your pimple until it's white. And never scrape it nor should you ever squeeze it with your nails. You're risking of marks being left on your face once the pimple is gone.
If you're getting pimples, drink more water so your skin stays fresh and hydrated.
Stop eating so much junk food. Bad and unhealthy food can most certainly cause acne. All the grease and sugar is not your best choice.
Sleep more. If you're getting more and more pimples, it's possibly because you're not sleeping enough. Try to get a longer nights sleep. And for a better and more healthy night, keep your room cool.
Try toothpaste. It may sound weird but it works. Leave a dab of tooth paste on your pimple over night and it will practically be gone to next day.
Every night before bed, use these face wipes to wash your makeup off. (Equate wet cleansing towelettes).
After the wipes use some Oxy. Oxy helps clean the acne bacteria.
After the Oxy, use a little bit of noxzema. Rub your hands with it for 5 seconds and start scrubbing your face with it.
Once finished with the Equate face wipes, Oxy and Noxzema, go and have a well deserved nights rest. And repeat the hole process the next morning.
Prevent sweating to much. Sweating does cause acne!
Keep your environment clean. A dirty, dusty, mouldy environment and cause bacteria in the air and give you acne in return. Stay clean and organized.
Prevent touching your face as much as possible. Your hands are probably the dirtiest part of your body. Your hands touch so many different things in a hole day. (toilettes, door handles, phones, pencils, etc.) you don't know where everything you touch has been. There is bacteria on everything then..
... to touch your face with all that bacteria is horrid. Don't touch your face! If you must touch your face I suggest you properly wash your hands before doing it.
