Monday-Sunday: prepare yourself one bottle of fruit infused water as soon as you get up. (Before exercising and/or eating)

1. Lemon and cucumbers 
2. Cucumbers and lime
3.mint and strawberries
4. Lemon and oranges

  • Monday-Friday: drink green tea, natural slimming tea, or peppermint tea with your breakfast.
