BEGIN ON A MONDAY Monday-Sunday: prepare yourself one bottle of fruit infused water as soon as you get up. (Before exercising and/or eating) (I will list different combinations you can do) 1. Lemon and cucumbers 2. Cucumbers and lime 3.mint and strawberries 4. Lemon and oranges Etc.
Monday-Friday: drink green tea, natural slimming tea, or peppermint tea with your breakfast.
Monday-Sunday: for breakfast either eat a whole banana, Apple, carrot, etc. with eggs on the side. Either scrambled, an omelet, or sunny side up. Either one is fine
Monday-Friday: In the morning do these poses (20 seconds each) you can listen to music to not get bored. (For better results, do it before breakfast)
Monday-Sunday: Before you shower for bed do these poses (20 seconds each)
Monday-Sunday: For lunch and dinner have either grilled chicken, fish, or steak. (Drink a cup of tea again, with one of those two meals) you can also eat Broccoli, soup, carrots, a potato, or salad as a side.
Monday- Friday: Before bed drink another bottle of fruit infused water.
Monday- Sunday: As a snack have either some walnuts, almonds, or a granola (try to eat one snack between meals)
