Very Healthy And Easy Smoothie

I made this smoothie for myself this morning and found it a delicious way to sneak vegetables into your daily meals.
•1 1/2 cups of frozen fruit (I used a mixture of frozen berries, cherries, and pineapple)
•1/2 of an avocado
•3/8 cup of alfalfa sprouts
•1 TBS of honey (amount may vary depending on desired sweetness)
•1 1/4 cup of skim milk
Blend them all together in a blender, you should have a delicious smoothie that creates about four cups.
The great thing about smoothies is that they can be diverse, so you can vary everything in the recipe: your choice in fruits, vegetables, sweeteners, and milk. (It also tastes great with almond milk.)
