  • -Ingredients and how too-

    - 10 Med peeled and chopped potatoes, Boiled-
    Make into a mash using rice milk & humous

    - 5 cups of mixed beans, Boiled -

    - 1-2 cups of frozen peas, Boiled -

    - 2 portions of noodle/lasagne/spaghetti- Cooked

    - 1 pot of humous -

    - 1-2 pots of tomato olive sauce or any tomato based sauced -

    - As much RiceMilk as required -

  • Layers in order

    Peas & beans
    Tomatoes sauce

    Bake in the oven until pie starts too brown (25mins+) on 220.
