  • I've been doing this for a week now and Ive seen major changes in my waist , lower back , and my belly fat. 

  • I do two of those workouts a day . You can choose any one of her workouts, just choose 2 of them and change them if you get bored easily. Search up Tiffany rothe on YouTube . 

  • In addition to her workouts I've been doing the 30 day beachbody challenge 

  • In addition to that i get a 15-30 minute cardio workout in 2x a week. Eat healthy along with that and get 2 days as a rest day . Just make sure the rest days are not back to back .
