Twisted Version Of Burger & Chips!

Need: 4 fresh minced beef burgers Doritos of your choice (I chose Chili Heatwave) Bag of small potatoes Seasoning of your choice ( I chose Paprika and Italian Herbs) Olive oil Burger buns ( I went different with tiger loaf buns)
Wash and cut the potatoes into chip or wedge like shapes. In one bowl, mix olive oil and paprika. In another, mix olive oil and the Italian herbs. Dip half of the potatoes into one bowl and the other half in the other. Place on a foiled baking tray and cook for 20-30 mins @ 220C
Crush up a 1/3 of a large bag of Doritos in a bowl Take a beef burger, dip into oil then into the Doritos
When burgers are completely covered, pop them onto a frying pan and medium heat until all meat is brown and well cooked
When cooked, place on a burger bap topped with salad, cheese and whatever sauce tickles your fancy. Add a side plate of your paprika chips and Italian herbs chips. And, enjoy! :)
