  • Put them in a pan of hot oil (vegetable or canola is good) and let them get golden. Remove them and place them on a paper towel and do not turn off the stove.

  • Place them back on a clean paper towel, sprinkle with adobo or garlic salt and enjoy! I like to dip mine in ketchup! Whatever your eat fries with you can eat these with and of course Puerto Rican food.Make sure you serve hot. If you have leftovers you can put them in the oven later.
