Really, crank up the tunes and get your body moving! Go mad! It's fun and it gets your heart pumping too. -
DRINK!
No not alcohol, I saw your face! No I mean the pure stuff, aqua. Try to drink at least 3 pints a day ;-) -
FIDGET!
I mean get up and walk around when your having a phone call, texting, or just plain bored! -
TIDY!
It give you a chance too catch up on the cleaning. Tidy your room, clean your windows or the stove, work your arm muscles with scrubbing!
