  • Toning calves is pretty simple and this particular way will tone your calves and if you want to get your splits.

  • To tone calves is just stretching straddle position

  • First open legs to straddle position then go to the middle of your legs to hold for minute. Then go to the inside of your right leg to hold for one minute. Do the same to the left side and don't forget to breathe

  • After that then attitude your leg like the picture below, right or leg, then go to the middle for 90 seconds then go to either right side

  • To tone abdomen all you have to do is crunches

Second 25 you bring your knees in crossed. Third 25 set you bring your legs straight above then last 25 do stradrel
