  • This program is called: ”Tone it up”, because it helps you to tone your body. This workout program is perfect for all of you girls, who want to look not just skinny, but toned too, and that is much sexier. Here it is!

  • Day 1: Chest (4 exercises) + Biceps (3 exercises) + Cardio (30 min)

    Day 2: Back (4 exercises) + Triceps  (3 exercises) + Cardio (30 min)

    Day 3: Legs (6 exercises) + Butt(2 exercises) + ABS

    Day 4: Shoulders (5 exercises) +  Cardio (30 min)

    Day 5: Cardio (1 hour)

    Day 6: Rest

  • You can do ABS exercises everyday, if you want to, after the weight lifting training, just before doing Cardio. Also, make stretch exercises before every training.

    You should do 3-4 series of every exercise, with 10-15 reps.

  • Don't expect to see a new you within a week. It won't happen. Commit to this, eat healthier, and sick with it! ♡♡♡
