Always clean your skin morning and night, but don't always use a strong cleanser as it will dry out your skin causing more out brakes because your pores open up to create oil and hydrate your skin.
After cleaning your skin make sure you moisturise so you don't get oily skin.
I started using this gel a week ago and apply it after I cleaned and moisturised my skin. It works great and a small amount goes a far way! My skin has cleared up so much I don't use foundation anymore 😋😍
Always drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, it hydrates you and your skin. Drinking a glass of water in the morning and before you go to bed benefits a lot. This also helps cleanse your system and helps weight loss! Why not do two things at once 😂
