Tired Of Having An Episode of Sleep Paralysis Every Night? This Might Help Stop Them

  • Sleep paralysis isn't a good feeling at all. It feels as if someone is holding you down while you sleep, sometimes even choking you or hurting you in some way, or you feel and see demonic presences. This has happened to me my whole life, but I finally found a way to stop it.

  • Try to get enough sleep, sleep earlier than usual if you have to wake up early. Before you sleep, grab your phone, iPod, etc and play some music, or you can also turn on the radio and let it play all night. Music helps your mind relax. This is actually what has helped me fight against sleep paralysis

  • Here is a couple of the music I use, it's really relaxing.
Emancipator - anthem, good knight, father king. Emancipator is just great check them out!
    Yppah- never mess with Sundays
    Yppah- Blue Schwinn

  • Hope this helps! It worked for me after years of sleep paralysis and by years I mean since I was around 8 years old I am 21 now.
