  • My family and friends love this. I've made this so many times for them, that I know this recipe like my back hand.

  • First you'll need to mix the icing. 😋

    Mix 1 cup Cream cheese, 3 - 4 tbs powder sugar and, 1 tsp vanilla extract. Then add 2 cups cool whip and beat it. Make sure mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract before you put the cool whip. Refrigerate it while you bake the cake, so it'll be ready.

  • Sponge cake:
    Ingredients

    1 cup all purpose flour (maida)
    1 tsp baking power
    1/2 tsp baking soda

    1/2 can of sweetened Condensed milk about 200 gm
    1/4 cup Butter or vegetable oil
    1/2 cup fat free milk or butter milk to make cake more moisty
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp vinegar
    3 -4 tbs sugar

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Grease cake tin with liners and spray cooking oil or butter spray on it.

    Sift flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Keep on side.
    In a large bowl, whisk together butter and condensed milk until combined.
    Add other wet ingredients such as milk, sugar, vanilla extract, vinegar and blend well.
    Add in flour mix(all sifted dry ingredients). Mix until combined.

    DO NOT over whisk after adding dry ingredients otherwise cake will sink.

  • Bake for 25 -30 minutes. Allow cake to cool. before doing the next step.

    Cut the cake in 3 even layers.
    Take the top layer (this will be your base) and dip in coffee. Once it's soaked, put it on your platter and spread the icing we refrigerated before. Sprinkle cocoa powder.

    Take another layer of cake and soak in coffee as you did before. Place on top of your base and spread icing and cocoa powder as you did before.

    Do the same with your last layer.

  • You can sprinkle shaved chocolate for garnishing as I did in the picture.  Refrigerate for 3-5 hours and enjoy!!!🎂🙃😍
