Water, you might hear it all the time but its true. Drink at least 4-8 cups of water every day
Exercise as much as you can to sweat and get rid of oils inside you, after youre done clean your face, you dont want that going back in
The covers of your pillows should be clean too since youre putting your face there when you sleep
Dont touch your face! Especially with your nails, and avoid any objects touching your face too
Too much sugar and oil can cause acne, however you still need a small portion of them every day
Always remove your make up before going to sleep, and make sure the brush youre using is always clean
Never pop a pimple unless you know when and how to do it correctly, you dont want to spread the infection around your face. However, blackheads do have to be removed that way, its better to pay an esthetician to do this job in case you dont know
Exfoliate your skin every day if you can and use a good clenser too!
