  • items your going to need:
    * coconut oil
    *little bowl
    First get a 1 table spoon of coconut oil into you little bowl.

    Next heat up the coconut oil for about 10 seconds.

    Then apply to your roots all the way down to your ends.

    Keep it on for 1 hour. *after one hour* take a shower, make sure to take off completely.

  • Use less heat!!

    Heat is what causes your hair to loose moisture and its hair oils.... Here are some of Heat proctectors you can use.

  • Drink Lots of water!!

    Water can not just keep you highdrated but it can also help your hair grow!! Drink at least 2-3 bottles of water a day! 😊

  • Eat lots of green veggies and Fruits!! 😊😊

    Veggies Promote hair growth... and make you strong!!

    U can also eat salmon!! it helps your hair grow fast 😊

  • Don't wet your hair daily!! Nope shampoo can cause your hair to loose its oils!

    I recommend using dry shampoo! Only wash your hair 2-3 times a week!

    If you don't got dry shampoo you can make your own!

  • Dry shampoo:

    * Corn starch
    *baking soda
    *coco powder(for dark hair)
    *pepperment oil
    *small container
    *measuring cup
    1/4 of corn starch
    1/2 of baking soda
    1 table spoon of coco powder (dark hair)
    15-20 little drops of peppermint oil
    then put in small container

    If you have blond hair you don't need coco powder !
