Tips To Stop Being Lazy

Keep a sleep schedule. Make sure you are going to bed and waking up at appropriate times (i.e 11-7)
Drink lots of water every day. It helps to feel more hydrated and you will feel good and want to do something.
Motivate yourself to get active. Try to get excited about it and maybe reward yourself after so you have something to look forward to.
Make sure to stick to primarily healthy foods throughout the day and definitely do NOT eat foods with caffeine or sugar at night. It will cause you to have problems sleeping making you feel less rested in the morning.
Shower as soon as you wake up. It will make you feel awake and refreshed and keep you from laying back down.
Plan ahead. Make plans with people ahead of time so you don't end up spending the day lounging about. Since you already made the plans it will keep you more motivated to keep them.
If it's a nice day go outside. Even if it's just to lay in the sun, soaking up that vitamin D helps to keep you happy and will prevent you from wanting to go crawl in a hole.
Do things that make you happy. You will want to do them more and it will motivate you better than things you don't like.
