  • 1) Be prepared
    It's going to be rough at first but you can do it

    2) Set a Goal
    Set a goal (loose 5lbs)

    3) Set reminders
    Put sticky notes for set reminders on your phone persuading you to run/workout

  • 4) Find a workout buddy
    Find a friend who also has the same goals and it's best of they are just as good as you or even better.

    5) Just start
    Once you start you'll find out that working out isn't so bad. Have a set time in your day and just do it
