Tips To Healthy Hair
COCONUT OIL: Use coconut oil as a hair mask and leave it on overnight 2-3 nights a week, focus more on the ends and use the residue for the roots to prevent it going oily.
After shampooing I found the Aussie 3 minute miracle really helped my hair, I leave it on for 5-10 minutes while I wash the rest of my body. If possible buy an oil for after such as Moroccan or argon oil.
Using the joico deep reconstructor also helped my hair after leaving on overnight when I had chance
Sleep with your hair up at night on top of your head, make sure the bun or pony tail is loose as it will pull on your roots and prevent the growth. Sleeping with your hair up makes sure your ends don't break as you move your head on the pillow.
Avoid using heat at all costs ESPECIALLY THE HAIRDRYER DO NOT USE THEM the hairdryer is the most damaging heat tool for your hair and will cause it to be brittle and damaged, try to keep it tied up for a few months or try plaiting it and getting heartless waves.
