Tips To Getting Long, Healthy Hair #Summervibes
Do you struggle to get your hair long and healthy? Well I can help you with that. Get long, healthy hair with these tips.
Brush your hair!
It's that simple. Brushing your hair stretches hair follicles, causing it to grow. But, do it the right way. Start from the bottom, then work your way up. Starting at the top, then going down all at once rips your hair, giving you split ends.
Don't wash your hair every day
Washing your hair every day takes oil out of your hair that your hair needs to grow. Start out by washing your hair every other day and then progressing. You get healthy hair and you save time.
Use a wide-tooth comb when your hair is wet
When your hair is wet, it is very delicate and fragile. Using a wide-toothed comb will take the tangles out without breaking your hair. You can get a wide-toothed comb at Walmart or the dollar store for very cheap.
Use shampoo that has oil in it
Using oiled shampoo gives your hair oil to be soft and smoothe. Just don't put it on the roots. It'll make you have to wash your hair more often. Your own body will do that for you.
Use cold water on your hair
After washing it, just give your a hair a poor of cold water. This will make your hair stronger, while making it not as frizzy. You'll also get shiny, healthier looking hair. Wouldn't it be great to have three things done at once?
Stay away from heat.
It's obvious that heat damages your hair. It's okay to use heat after about a month, but just stay away from it as much as possible. There's so many ways to make your hair look good without using heat.
Let your hair loose
Before going to bed, just make a loose bun or pony tail. Maybe even during the day too. This lets your hair grow better and more effectively. Plus, who wants those annoying head aches from tight hair?
