  • Tip 1: You NEED good running sneakers. It'll make it a lot easier once you start running. Also, if you get new sneakers that you really like it might get you motivated to run.

  • Tip 2: Stop and breathe. It doesn't have be a long break, but if you get really tired and really sweaty just stop and take a sip of water. 

  • Tip 3: Use a running app too track your steps and see how far you go. I don't know about you, but I love to see my progress when I'm done. I recommend "Nike Running".

  • Tip 4: DRINK WATER!!!!!! All I have to say is that you do NOT want to get dehydrated! 

  • Tip 5: Don't stop! Keep going. Get motivated. You'll appreciate yourself for this later.
