Tips For Long, Healthy Hair!
Tip 1: No heat! This one is a no brainer really. Heat does damage your hair, using hot irons, etc, gives you spit-ends! Stop!
Tip 2: Massage your scalp. I do this most days, it feels really good and promotes hair growth! I usually do this for 3-4 minutes, using oil can really make a difference in how soft your hair is, but massaging with out oil is just as good!
Tip 3: Take everyday vitamins. Biotin is good for your hair, but most multivitamins have everything you need for skin, hair, nails.
