  • Using castor oil can help with hair growth! You just need to massage it into your hair along with concomitant or almond oil and leave it in for 30-45 minutes!

  • Massaging your hair promotes blood flow to the hair follicles. Also deep conditioning your hair once a week with oil of some sort also really helps with your hair growth!

  • Flipping your head upside down also promotes blood flow to your head/hair. Massaging your hair with oil while flipping your head upside down for 4 minutes helps with hair growth!

  • Lastly, taking vitamins will help with hair growth!
    You can take supplements such as:
    Biotin
    Fish oil
    Kelp
    Folic acid
    &&&
    Flaxseed oil

  • I really hope this was helpful!
