COD LIVER OIL TABLETS: Yes, they are gross but these tablets are amazing for dry skin, dry frizzy hair and short brittle nails. I noticed a difference very quickly, my skin looked soft instead of cracked and flaky, and it evened out nicely, my hair was glossy and my nails were growing like crazy! I seriously recommend these, you only take one a day and they're not too pricey ☺️

EVENING & MORNING ROUTINES: Get yourself in to an evening and morning routine, it doesn't have to be complicated. It's as simple as washing your face every night before going to bed with a non drying face wash such as Manuka honey face wash, then applying a moisturiser before sleeping you could also add toner or spot cream if you have any other problems. Every morning it is essential to moisturise especially if you use makeup, this will hydrate your dry skin to prevent makeup clinging to dry patches. I also use a hydrating primer before makeup.

MAKEUP SUITED TO YOUR SKIN TYPE: Personally I have struggled for about 4 years trying to find a foundation that would last, give a medium coverage and NOT cling to my dry patches of skin, but I have finally found the perfect foundation. -the body shop moisture foundation- I discovered this recently and I love it, I have used it with the instant blur primer and the vitamin E serum beneath, I honestly love it it's perfect it leaves my skin looking dewy without looking oily it doesn't dry out through the day, and it lasts me on from about 8am until I wash it off at 9pm.
