Tip 2 - Drink plenty of water/fluids and keep yourself hydrated.
Tip 3 - During your donation, tense and relax your bum cheeks to prevent your blood pressure dropping.
Tip 4 - Play music or read to occupy your mind.
Tip 5 - Always ensure that you eat and drink something immediately after your donation. This keeps your sugar levels up and prevents feeling faint.
