  • Firstly, combine the three following ingredients......💕

  • Sugar!🍥

You can use any type of sugar you have, although fine grain may not have as greater affect as a larger grain.

However, if you have sensitive skin then a finer grain may be perfect for you...

Experiment and see which type of sugar works best for you! 😋

  • Olive Oil! 🍳

Mix the olive oil and the sugar together in a jar with a lid (preferably, it makes it easier to store away later when you're finished) 💋

  • Honey! 🍯

I suggest leaving honey until last because it's sticky and messy🙌

By adding the olive oil to the sugar first, you'll make a runnier mixture that will make it easier to mix honey into. 🍴

Again, any honey can do, but obviously a runny honey will be easier to mix! 😄

  • Put the mixture to one side.

Next, you'll need to either buy or find a tooth brush.
Keep this tooth brush specifically for this task (it's not a good idea to brush your teeth with honey, sugar and olive oil!! Haha)

Run your toothbrush under a warm tap then use your toothbrush to exfoliate your lips bringing blood to the surface (making them fuller and pinker, a healthy glow) and to get rid of any dead skin (ew, jeepers😁)

Finally, clean off your tooth brush add your honey/sugar/olive oil mixture to the tooth brush or lips using your fingers and brush your lips once again with the mixture

  • Store mixture in a cool, dry place.

For best effects, use about four times a week. However I advise not to do this every day as brushing your lips with a toothbrush can make your lips sore!

    I hope this helps!
