    (Thighs, Abs, Glutes)

    *These are intense but very effective exercises to target the thighs, abs, Glutes.
    Start with 3 reps of 10 and work your way up slowly

  • Thighs and Glutes:
    * rest 10 sec between each Rep

    ✅Lunges: front back & side: total of 30
    ✅Jumping Jacks: 3 reps /10
    ✅Sumo Squats: 3 reps/10
    ✅Leg raises fat paced: 30 each leg (alternating)
    ✅Mountain Climbers: 3 reps /10
    ✅Planks w/donkey kicks:
    ✅Burpees : 3 reps/ 10
    ✅Leg Raises on all fours: 10 for each leg

    Abs:
    ✅Russian twists Fast: total of 30
    ✅Planks: hold as low as possible for 30 seconds
    ✅Heel Touches fast: total of 30
    ✅Flutter and Criss cross kicks: 20 each
    ✅Cross over crunches: 3 reps/10
    ✅Mountain Climbers: 3 reps/10
    ✅Bicycle crunches fast: Total of 30
