There Is An Easy Way To Keep Hair Healthy

1. Don't wash your hair everyday!
The more you wash your hair the more you strip your hair of natural oils!
2. Don't rinse and repeat!
Let alone stripping your hair once you don't want to do it again, so no matter how many times it says to use shampoo twice in one wash, don't do it!
3. Use a natural shampoo&conditioner!
They can have a lot of bad ingredients in, make sure you look for healthy ones with a lot of oils in like coconut oil/macadamia oil/Argan oil/avocado oil e.t.c -
4. Trim your hair!
I don't mean every month because that's pointless, only when you have split ends, which you can do yourself with proper hair scissors! (Don't use paper scissors!)
5. Protect from sun!
The sun can benefit your hair but to much can over do it. Like any other heat tool you use on your hair the sun can damage it in the same way, use a heat protecter when it's sunny!
6. Vitamins!
Take vitamins for your hair. You can buy them from drugstores, ask someone working there to help you!
