There Are 5 Simple Tips To Remembering Your Dreams <3
Health & Fitness
1: When you wake up from sleeping, don't open your eyes right away. Continue to lie down and relax, and just think about the dream you had, even if all you can remember are bits and pieces.
2: If you can't remember the whole dream, that's okay. Just pick out one fragment that you do remember and concentrate on that one thing. Don't try to push your mind too hard but just focus on what you do remember and try to work forward or backward from there.
3: If you still can't remember your dream, try slowly rolling into a new position. The act of laying down in the position you were in when you were dreaming may trigger your memory.
4: If you don't remember a piece of your dream or a plot then try to focus on the emotions of the dream. Was it a good or bad dream? We're you running and out of breath? Try to focus just on feelings and hopefully that will trigger a memory.
5: When you do remember your dream, write it down. It is very important that you write it down, it may help you to remember more of the dream, help you to put the fragments in order. And will help you to remember your dream easier the next time you wake up and want to know what you were dreaming.
