First of all.. DO NOT WORKOUT UNTIL YOU WANT TO FAINT. By all means, work as hard as you can! But that shouldn't go to the point where your about to pass out on the floor, because it actually just might happen, and that's not good for your body AT ALL. Also, it's not going to speed metabolism.
Second, you shouldn't need to take vitamins "daily with food". I personally haven't taken vitamins since I was maybe.. 5....6? YOU DONT NEED THEM. As long as your getting your daily vitamins in your food, don't waste your money on them! Unless your doctor recommends or you have a condition or disease with requires more of a certain vitamin, don't worry about it. Just make sure your eating right and getting these vitamins in your food. Don't know what food has what vitamins? Look it up! Labels will tell you and there's thousands of online sources dying to help. 😊
This one isn't too bad, but 6 hours of sleep? Try to aim for at LEAST 7-8, especially if your young and active. We all know how hard this can be with sports and school and everything, but it's better than 6, plus you'll feel so much better in the morning!
And a final tip; "use smaller plates, looks like you are more." Why not just eat more?! The more work your body does the more energy it needs, so feel free to eat a little bit more, as long as it's healthy! Remember, the key to weight loss and staying fit isn't to eat LESS it's to eat BETTER. 😄💪
