You know how everyone is raving about Nutella these days? Sure, it's delicious, but is it really as healthy as everyone says? Look at the back. The black and white grid? You probably know what that is. Now look right underneath that. That's the ingredient list. The ingredients are listed from the

ingredients that are used the most. Look at the first three ingredients. HAZELNUTS, SUGAR, PALM OIL, and then it continues to list the rest of the things in it. Hazelnuts those are great for you! Sugar, not so much, but Palm oil? That can kill you. Palm oil tastes amazing but it's not digestable

Meaning that it stays in your intestines. Do you think that that could be a good thing? Absolutely not. I love Nutella as much as the next person, but the company false advertises it as healthy because you might as well eat Oreos for breakfast, because the two have about the same nutrient value.
