  • 1. The best of the best shampoo and conditioning treatment;
    - Dry Hair: a shampoo and treatment that's pure moisture
    - Broken/brittle hair: (eg; blondes) a shampoo and treatment with pure protein. It doesn't make your hair feel amazing but it will rebuild the bonds in your hair to stop it from snapping.
    Great products are: Kerastase, Kevin Murphy and Sebastian.

    2. Regular hair cuts.
    - every 8-10 weeks to maintain healthy hair.

    3. Try to keep using any heat to a minimum.
    If you do use an iron or hair dryer regularly, make sure to use a leave in conditioner with heat protector.
