  • 100g - Butter
    125g - Self raising flour
    2 - Eggs
    200g - Caster sugar
    150m - Full fat milk
    2.5ml - Baking powder
    200g - Raspberries (or any fruit)
    15ml - Icing sugar

  • -Pre-heat oven to 200c, 400f, gas mark 6
    -Butter an ovenproof dish (10inx8in) and sprinkle with flour
    -Whisk eggs and caster sugar untill thick and creamy
    -Melt butter and milk in a pan, once boiled store on egg and sugar mix
    -Add flour and baking powder and then pour into the ovenproof dish
    -Sprinkle raspberries over the top
    -Bake for about 20mins, untill golden brown
    -Once cooled sprinkle with icing sugar
