The J's home exfoliating remedy body srub
Skin & Body
Hey guys and gals. Jasmine here and I'm going to show you how to make your own home made body (and face) exfoliating scrub that will give you soft skin. ( I used my own stuff. Trust me it works!) all the while leaving your skin soft to the touch, and gives it a nice smell. So let's get started.
First you'll need a bowl to mix everything in.
Salt because it has the exfoliating properties, and it is a nutrient. Believe it or not.
Yes even cinnamon.
Honey moisturizes the skin but it also helps with your pores. And like I said it will make your skin smell good!
Im all about the nauturals, and because I have sensitive skin, alba is a trusted product for me because they don't use harmdul chemicals like lauryl or sodium myreth.
If you couldn't tell I suffer from acne ( it's not bad, but clearing up!) And Biore`works with your pores. It has natrual charcoal which draws out thoses impurities Side note: Not everyone has the same skin, using two acne products don't irritate me, but I do advise you all to use caution.
And lastly toothpaste. Any brand will do really.
Step 1. Pour your salt Into your bowl. There are no precise measurements. ( I just judge by eye)
Step 2: Add the cinnamon ace!
Step 3: Add your honey. Oh boy it smells good!
Step 4 : Add the toothpaste! ( Don't use it all. You still gotta brush those teeth!)
Step 5: Add your acne product. Its fine if you don't have acne. You just dont need to do step 5 and 6!
Step 6: Add your second product. Again like step 5 if you don't use such things. Skip these steps! Your skin will still come out the same.
Step 7: Mix, Mix, Mix. I'm using a knife because it's easier. Ah you guys it smells so good!!
Finished! Just a heads up, before you rinse completely, get in the shower and add water work it on your skin. Like you would with soap. Then rinse after a while. Rinse and be amazed.
I know pretty long but trust me it's with it. I'm saving this bowl for tomorrow. I've already showered. But I advise you to use caution. With the salt. It's not dissolved so be careful when you rub on your skin. Let it rest for 30min. (you can do it!) Then get in the shower, rinse and be amazed.
