The only way to make sure that we maintain our health is to maintain a healthy diet and keep moving.
For breakfast, I eat either a breakfast bar or a piece of fruit. Throughout my day I snack on fruits or vegetables, and I make sure to drink water before and after. The best kind of fruits are melons during the day. For dinner I have one piece of chicken, 2 cups of veggies, and maybe a handful of rice.
Do some kind of physical activity for 30 minutes today. You can walk, jog, bike, or do some natural exercise to fit your day. If you want ideas let me know.
