The Better Way To Loose Weight

  • So, let's say you're an average person that wants to loose weight.
    What's your first resort?
    Crunches, sit-ups, etc.
    Now, although this does work wonders if you want perfectly toned abs, it, however, doesn't help you to loose weight at all.
    You're doing the sit-ups for about 6 weeks, but you see no difference. This is because sit ups are actually for your abs, not belly fat.
    If you took away the fat on your stomach, you'd have great abs.
    But unfortunately, there's that won't happen if you continue to do those 'ab challenges' that supposedly help you loose belly fat.

  • HIIT challenges are great for working out and loosing belly fat.
